We know things can happen either in production, shipping, or even when placing an order. We are not your big box store. We want to make sure all of our customers are happy so if you have an issue reach out and we will do our best to fix it!

shipping & recent orders

All orders can be accessed through the account page if you create a sign in!

Since we are a smaller shop we typically only keep so much inventory in stock. If it happens that item is sitting on the shelves we can ship within the next business day but for items we do not have on hand we always let our customers know it will be about 5-7 business days to ship.

We use a variety of different carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS) to ship our orders. Although this is not an option on checkout we will choose the best method at the time the order is placed and ready to be shipped.

If you place an order and need to cancel it reach out as soon as possible to avoid any restocking fees or return shipping charges. If you reach out quick enough before we print and ship the item we will gladly issue a refund.

If you need to purchase a gift card please reach out via one of our contact methods on our contact page and we will process your gift card and email deliver it!
